Are you a motivated, results-driven communicator who enjoys helping people? Semper Home Loans is currently looking for a Part-Time Lead Engagement Specialist to connect potential borrowers with mortgage solutions. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in guiding leads through the initial steps of their home financing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with mortgage leads via phone, text, and email.
• Provide initial guidance, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with Loan Officers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM and pre-existing spreadsheets.
• Actively communicate with borrowers throughout the majority of your shift.
• Consistently follow up to maximize engagement and conversion.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or mortgage-related roles is a plus!

Position Details:

• Part-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI .
• Must be available nights and weekends , as these are peak engagement hours.
• Competitive compensation.
