Job Description

Ignitist Inc which is apart of Trucordia's Insurance Service Network, is seeking to hire currently licensed Health Insurance agents who are confident and driven professionals who embodies a strong sense of purpose and determination. As a team, we are goal-oriented, consistently setting and achieving ambitious targets while inspiring those around them to strive for excellence. Their “Do Good” nature allows them to connect deeply with customers, fostering a supportive environment where they feel heard and valued.

Qualifications

• · 2 years or more successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
• · Passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• · Effectively communicate complex information clearly and engagingly.
• · Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• · Stay updated on Medicare products, services, and industry trends.
• · Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems.
• · Self-motivated with a powerful desire to succeed and achieve high performance.
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• · Valid Resident Sate Health Insurance (Required)
• · Continuing Education (CEs) are up to date (Required)
• · High School Diploma of GED
