Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will manage litigation cases including defense matters. If you seek a professional environment with a strong work-life balance and a commitment to client service, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Management of district court cases through all phases.
• Research and writing.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status of pending matters.
• Meeting with clients as necessary.
• Participate in firm business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 7+ years district court trial experience and/or insurance defense background.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate poise while handling sensitive situations.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of Practice Master or other client management software (preferred).
• Knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software (preferred).
