Job Description

StayLakeNorman Luxury Vacation Rentals in Mooresville, NC is looking for seasonal vacation home inspectors to join our team! We are located on 132 Joe Knox Ave, Suite 104-B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Benefits

  • Earn up to $600/week based on a 40 hour work week ($18/hour)
  • $250 Sign On Bonus: Contingent upon achieving specific performance goals, maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality, no documented disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of vacation homes to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards and checklists. 
  • Maintain organization of housekeeping closets within the homes.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages or repairs needed.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records through pictures and communicate findings to the management team.
  • Assist with in house laundry needs
  • Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner and address any immediate concerns or request.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inspections, home staging or housekeeping helpful, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must have valid Driver’s license
  • Must work weekends and holidays
