Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Monterrey Park, CA! **Assignment Details:** + **Assignment Type:** Contract + **Work Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM + **Days Off:** Tuesday and Sunday + **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour **What you'll do:** + **Transaction Rejects:** You'll pull rejected transactions from various processing areas, utilizing reports and audit trails. This involves sorting and making critical decisions on these transactions, preparing them for further processing. + **High-Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning:** Operate advanced equipment like I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, and 150 Falcon to extract and scan mail with varying levels of client complexity. + **Complex Client Processing:** Handle medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning based on specific client instructions. + **Quality & Productivity:** Maintain high accuracy and meet established performance standards for output. + **Training Assistance:** Provide support with training new team members as needed. **What we're looking for:** + **1 year of experience** in a similar operations or transaction processing role. + **Computer proficiency** and the ability to learn new systems quickly. + Strong **decision-making skills** and the ability to interpret information accurately. + Excellent **independent work ethic** as well as the ability to **collaborate effectively** in a team environment. + Comfort working in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment** . + A **team player** with strong interpersonal skills. + **Adaptability** and a willingness to learn new processes as business needs evolve. + Ability to meet established **productivity and accuracy standards** . + Physical ability to **lift up to 25 lbs.** and **stand for long periods of time** .
