Job Summary
- Pay Rate & Schedule: $20.00/hour, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Dress Code: Business casual at all locations
- Travel: Must drive personal vehicle to multiple sites; mileage reimbursed; may cover locations within 40-50 miles and move locations in one day if needed
- COVID Requirements: None at this time
- Interview: Teams video interview (camera required)
- Sites Covered: Multiple client locations across Beloit, Freeport, Madison, Middleton, Fitchburg, Oconomowoc, and Mazomanie
- Parking: Free parking; reimbursement if parking fees are required
- Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver mail and print jobs
- Assemble print jobs
- Answer phones
- Change machine toner and place service calls
- Walk to deliver toner and mail
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching
- Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs, and pushing/pulling machines up to 400 lbs
- Walking between buildings
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 12 months related work experience (post high school education preferred)
- Valid, violation-free driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance
- Intermediate skill level in common software applications
- Ability to submit monthly expenses accurately and promptly
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle change and work under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude
- Strong oral communication skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving ability
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to quality
- Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Work Environment:
- Office/warehouse settings with adequate lighting and ventilation
- Possible exposure to minor cuts
- Schedule flexibility required; some locations may operate outside standard hours or on weekends
- Frequent local travel required
