The Flying Butcher, located in Amherst, New Hampshire, is looking to hire a Manager who will be in charge of overseeing company's operations and motivating staff during busy hours.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage a team of up to 20.
• Provide excellent customer service and genuine hospitality.
• Ordering and inventory.
• Maintaining records and logs.
• Working directly with customers.
• Helping to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements: 

• The right candidate must have previous management experience. 
• Foodservice experience is a plus. 
• You must possess strong communication skills, work well under pressure and be able to multitask.
• You must be punctual and reliable.
