Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, market and trend analysis, managing advertising campaigns, generating revenue through sales strategies, and overseeing our digital presence including social media and graphic design. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) supports lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and campaign personalization, improving conversion rates and customer retention. A creative mindset and a strong eye for design and branding are valuable for guiding visual storytelling and ensuring cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. These skills are especially useful when collaborating with in-house design teams or external creative partners. Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. While certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are not mandatory, they are considered a plus. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or marketing automation is desirable. Key Attributes of Success: Adaptability, creative problem-solving, customer-centric thinking, and a proactive approach to learning new tools and trends are essential. Candidates who demonstrate initiative in exploring new marketing technologies and channels will thrive in this role. Desired/Nice to Have: Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or web content editing. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
