💼 About the Role

We’re actively hiring for two key roles:

🔹 Sales Representative

You’ll meet virtually with pre-qualified clients who’ve requested information , identify their needs, and offer custom supplemental life insurance solutions — all from the comfort of your home.

🔹 Sales Leader

You’ll earn leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance and help develop future leaders.

💰 Compensation & Growth

• 💼 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time)
   
• 💰 First-year average: $60,000–$80,000
  
   
• 📈 Leadership & long-term potential: $100K–$250K+
  
   
• 🔁 Residual income begins in year 2 — get paid every year on business you’ve already written
  
   
• 🎯 Annual performance bonuses
  
   
• 💸 Paid weekly
  
   

✅ What You’ll Need

• Must be 18+ years old
  
   
• Ability to obtain a state life insurance license
  • Don’t have one yet? No problem — we’ll guide you every step of the way. Most of our agents complete licensing in about a week, and we’ll connect you with the tools, resources, and support to get licensed quickly and affordably.
    
     
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to work hard for big results
  
   
• Sales or leadership experience is a plus — but not required
  
   
• A desire to mentor and grow within a leadership role
