Job Description:

As a  D365 CE Project Manager , you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects. You will be responsible for project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. The role involves close collaboration with clients, developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies.
• Work directly with clients to understand scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Identify and manage resources to achieve project goals.
• Accurately budget and track expenditures to ensure on-time delivery.

Team Management:

• Develop and mentor consultants on software and methodology.
• Ensure projects are properly forecasted and resourced.
• Promote best practices in project delivery, including templates, work plans, and methodologies.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, technical experts).
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing  ERP/CRM implementations (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
