Job Posting:  Compliance Auditor

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $18 - $22/hourly

Requirements:

• Mortgage experience in servicing or default (required).
• Audit experience (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and related software applications.
• Ability to interact with internal/external customers and regulatory agencies.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High degree of work ethics, professionalism, teamwork, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit foreclosure processes using system applications.
• Review bankruptcy processes using manual checklists.
• Validate invoice accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and client systems.
• Prepare comprehensive audit packages.
• Review alerts and distribute tracking updates.
• Track annual staff training.
• Additional duties as training progresses.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
