Qualifications you'll bring: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to quickly learn new software/applications Strong proficiency in problem solving and analysis Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment required Ability to follow-up on tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth Humility to play as a team Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your key responsibilities: Gather all contracts from various locations (shared drives, email attachments, physical files) into one central location. Migrate older paper contracts to digital, searchable versions. Implement a consistent approach to file naming to ensure easy retrieval and organization. Categorize contracts based on type, provider/health system name, effective dates, renewal terms, contract manager, and key clauses using metadata tagging. Set up access controls to limit who can view, edit, or manage specific contracts.
