We’re seeking Entry-Level Nonprofit Event Assistants to join our mission-driven team . This is a full-time role with paid hands-on training , ideal for candidates looking to launch a career in nonprofit marketing, event coordination, and community outreach .

As a Nonprofit Event Assistant , you’ll support the planning and execution of fundraising events, community outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives for nonprofit organizations.
You’ll engage with the public, represent nonprofit partners professionally, and help create meaningful experiences that drive donor engagement and community impact.
This role is perfect for candidates interested in event coordination, nonprofit work, and marketing .
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing nonprofit events and campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, volunteer drives, and outreach activities
Engage donors, supporters, and the public in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about nonprofit initiatives and encourage participation
Support event setup, logistics, and teardown
Collaborate with team members to ensure events and campaigns run smoothly
Track engagement and provide feedback to improve future campaigns

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — full paid training provided!

Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer work
Interest in nonprofit management, fundraising, or community engagement
Full-time schedule with weekly pay
