About the role .

Our occupational health nurse will serve as the plant's medical professional under the general direction of a local occupational provider. Administers workers' compensation claims and directly manages the Company's return-to-work program. Administers first aid emergency medical treatment in cases of accidents or illnesses. Manages Occupational Health Programs such as hearing conservation programs and administers hearing tests as needed. Administers wellness programs that are designed to enhance employees' health and welfare. Maintains confidential, accurate, up-to-date medical and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) records for the location. Works closely with the plant general management, taking a proactive approach toward providing a safe working environment. This role will require a working schedule of Monday-Friday typical business hours of 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to support night shift. McCain Foods also offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus , with relocation assistance available.

Compensation Package : $80,000 - $95,000USD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
