About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.
Work closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on injury prevention and at-home exercise programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience .
Active and unrestricted Texas OT license .
Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment abilities.
