- Comprehensive Evaluations – Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve meaningful progress.
- Family-Centered Care – Educate and support families, empowering them to be active participants in their child’s therapy journey.
- Thorough Documentation – Maintain accurate and timely patient records to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
For Physical Therapists:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License .
- New graduates are welcome to apply – we provide mentorship and training!
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- PTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
For Occupational Therapists:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy License .
- New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
For Speech Therapists:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA . * CFYs welcome to apply!
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License .
- New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
