Job Title: Office Helper - Summer Internship (Paid, Flexible Hours, Potential for Extension)

Position Type: Paid Internship - Part-Time (Minimum 12 hours/week)

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Helper Intern to support our Accounting Office staff during the summer. This paid internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting. Flexible scheduling is available, but a consistent weekly routine is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document organization, etc.)

Support team members with special projects as assigned

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in task completion

Requirements:

Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week

• MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
