About the Role:
Why Knot Travel is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Online Hotel and Resort Reservationists . This fully remote opportunity is ideal for those who love travel, customer service, and helping others plan unforgettable stays. You’ll assist clients in booking hotels and resorts across the globe, all while working from home and enjoying the benefits of a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients book accommodations, including upgrades and packages
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging to ensure satisfaction
Recommend premium services to enhance travel experiences
Resolve booking changes and provide support when needed
Stay informed on travel partner offerings through certification and training
Promote your services via social media and outreach to generate leads
