Reporting to the National Account Director, this pivotal role will spearhead the mobilization, expansion, and continuous improvement of our MTO hot food and barista services for a major contracted-services account.

Strategic Leadership: Drive the MTO hot food offerings across a rapidly growing portfolio of retail convenience stores.
Tactical Activations: Lead the implementation of food and beverage programs and processes.
Operational Oversight: Ensure ongoing excellence in foodservice across our expanding network of convenience retail stores.
Partnership Management: Guide and manage internal and external partners to support and enhance operational performance continuously.
Extensive Experience: 5-10 years in mobilizing, operating, and managing foodservice and coffee operations, including MTO, grab & go, and barista offerings.
Process Expertise: Deep understanding of foodservice processes, systems, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and diagnose processes and practices across a large portfolio.
Performance Improvement: Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements.
Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial levers that drive P&L improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage effectively at senior levels within both Aramark and the client organization.
Industry Background: Experience in Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR), back-of-house culinary operations, and foodservice management.
Flexibility: Home-based office in Houston, TX, with frequent visits to area stores and client offices, and up to 25% external travel.
