JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re hiring a Plasma Flame Spray Operator to apply
metallic or ceramic coatings to anilox rolls using a computer-controlled flame spray system. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and can ensure all products meet strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate closed-loop plasma flame spray equipment per specifications Set up rolls and maintain machine parameters Inspect coated rolls for accuracy and quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.) Load/unload rolls using an overhead crane or manually Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Clock jobs in/out using company systems Work overtime as needed \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with or ability to learn plasma spray systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and tape measures Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with shop math and geometric tolerances Strong communication skills and attention to detail Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: greenbay@flexstaff.com Apply Online: Call For Appointment: 920-965-8350 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
