4. PPT & Excel, Keynote & Number, English Speaking, CET6

1. Manage a new product ramp, from kick off to mass production phase
2. Work with team to drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, focus in overall capacity planning, manufacturing process scalability and overall bring up plan of multiple factory sites that includes factory space & production lines qualifications
3. Daily build activities control & manage, including input plan, validation output, request DOE & try run
4. Materials driving for station bring up & daily NPI input, to make sure no material shortage & align with planning team on any materials related concerns, daily materials CTB review & leftover clarifications
5. Manage all operations related communications through the organization, escalate key issues and present solutions and risk mitigations to cross functional executive teams
6. Drive cross function teams for manufacturing to enable continued volume growth at the best product quality
7. Manage project budget & control physical cost, work with team on claim
