Are you a master of communication with a passion for customer satisfaction? A-1 Concrete Leveling in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky wants you to be a part of our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our nationally recognized franchise, specializing in concrete care.
This is primarily a work from home position with flexible hours, with occasional days at our office located in Oakley, OH. Knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati and Tri-state area, a plus.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Customer Qualification: Utilize our CRM by Service Bridge, your training and other tools to qualify potential customers based on specified criteria.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, text or chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, schedule estimates and book business.
• Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM by Service Bridge.
• Team Communication: Collaborate with team members, providing updates on customer interactions and scheduling – often in real time
• Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly, escalate complex cases as needed, and provide effective resolutions.
• Run reports regularly to follow up on estimates, payments and track scheduled vendor partner projects.

Requirements:

• Availability Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (part time schedule to be arranged)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork mentality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized and good multi-tasker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay - $16-$20 Depending on Experience
