WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible - 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm /Monday thru Thursday Flexible - 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm/Friday JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide front desk relationship management for employees, students and visitors as they enter and leave our facility. Receptionist has the responsibility of operating Airphone door pad, greeting employees, students, and visitors, creating visitor access badges, handling the main switchboard and directing callers to the appropriate contact. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Politeness, professionalism and a helpful nature. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Intermediate communication skills including telephone techniques required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office Word and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of CISCO IP phone system preferred.
• Demonstrates organizational skills.
