Pay: Based on experience, salaried position between $20,000-$30,000 yearly for part-time hours. 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (some flexibility needed)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a fun, organized, and upbeat Family Assistant to join a busy, lively household! If you can easily switch between cheering from the sidelines at lacrosse practice, helping with a quick dinner, or tagging along for the occasional manicure outing — this is the job for you!
 
In this role, you'll be part household hero and part big sibling vibe — offering light support to teens (ages 13–16) and helping keep afternoons and evenings running smoothly. What you will be doing:

Afternoons with the Teens:

• School pickups and rides to practices, games, and activities
• Supporting teen schedules (helping them stay on track for homework, activities, etc.)
• Joining in on the occasional fun — lacrosse practice runs, shopping trips, mani-pedis, and more!

Household Help:

• Light meal prep and / or helping with dinner on the fly if a teen needs to be off to practice/activities
• Reminding the teens to do their laundry and pick up after themselves
• Running quick errands and helping manage household supplies

About the Family:
The family has six kids in total, but only four are still living at home — all teens! They’re independent but still appreciate a positive adult around to help guide the afternoon/evening flow. Think: more sidekick and support, less babysitter. What We’re Looking For:
