**Job Title:** Part-time Senior Living Server

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Part-time Senior Living Server to join our dining services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a Senior Living Server, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive atmosphere in our dining room while ensuring that the needs of our residents are met with care and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.
- Assist with the set-up and clean-up of the dining area before and after meals, including table settings and service stations.
- Take resident meal orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages to residents in a timely manner, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the dining area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to communicate resident feedback and preferences.
- Assist with special events or themed dinners, fostering a vibrant dining atmosphere.
- Train and mentor new servers as needed, promoting a cohesive team environment.
- Respond to resident inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.


**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handling certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
