Sodexo is looking for a Patient Experience Manager 3 for Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia .

The Patient Experience Manager 3 will direct and manage all patient feeding operations and lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline union staff and have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate food service team members.

What You'll Do


  • Must have strong customer service skills and be passionate about the patient dining experience
  • Have a history of demonstrating strong leadership skills as well the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, prior healthcare management experience would be a plus
  • The ability to train frontline staff in food safety, sanitation and workplace safety and have knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance
  • Regularly analyze patient satisfaction data and implement additional measurements and action plans in these areas to achieve optimal unit performance
  • Act as the liaison between the nursing units and dietary department to review and address any patient menu or meal concerns
  • ServSafe Manager certified

  • excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies;

  • knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets;
  • experience with oversight of diet offices; and/or
  • strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
