Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler an 815-bed skilled nursing and short-term care facility located on beautiful Roosevelt Island in New York City . As the Patient Services Manager 2 , you will oversee the daily operations of patient dining services while ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and service. In this role, you will lead a large team of 85+ union employees and be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support patient tray line operations

• Conduct patient rounding to ensure satisfaction and service quality

• Oversee purchasing and ordering of food and supplies

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure operational coverage

• Lead, train, and develop frontline union staff

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards

• Partner with clinical teams to support nutrition care plans

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
