Payroll Administrator - Hybrid - North Atlanta

Position Overview:

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling payroll tax filings, and maintaining payroll records. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2s and tax filings.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
