Position Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled PC Technician to join our Information Technology team. This role is critical in ensuring that all computer systems, hardware, and software operate efficiently to support business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities**

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system updates, and routine checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to staff, both onsite and remotely.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and workstations in compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support larger infrastructure and security initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience**

• Proven experience as a PC Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems; familiarity with macOS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Ability to diagnose and repair both hardware and software issues.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
