Now Hiring: LPN or RN – Pediatric Home Care (Evening Shifts)

Location: Sedgwick, Ks

Shift: Evening shifts available (4 PM–12 AM)

We’re currently seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our evening shift team, providing one-on-one care to children and young adults with specialized medical needs in the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be a consistent, compassionate presence during a critical time of day for our clients and their families. Responsibilities may include:

• Administering evening medications and treatments
• Providing g-tube, trach, or ventilator support
• Monitoring vital signs and general condition
• Documenting care provided and changes in condition via electronic charting
• Communicating with families and care team members as needed
• Following the physician’s plan of care with attention and compassion

You’ll work independently in the client’s home—but never without support. Our nurse supervisors and 24/7 on-call team are always just a phone call away.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with confidence
