Job Description

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with personal insurance clients, helping them protect what matters most. Your work will involve providing excellent customer service, processing policy changes, and working closely with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy.
Assess clients' needs and recommend coverage options that best protect their assets.
Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure competitive coverage options.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products to existing clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Keep detailed and organized records in the agency's management system.
Qualifications:

Experience in personal lines insurance, account management, or a similar field.
Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
A proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving.
