Phone Repair Technician
Location: Rockford, IL
Starting Pay: $15 - $18 an hour
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on problem solver with a passion for electronics and customer service to join a growing team in Rockford. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth as the business expands.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform phone repairs with a focus on soldering and component-level work
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Take initiative to improve processes and support team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Soldering experience (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, mature, and reliable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish language skills (a strong plus)
• Experience in customer-facing roles
