Title: Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehab

Position Highlights & Compensation:

• Flexible Full-Time Schedule: Positions available for 31hrs, 33hrs, or 40hrs per week.
  
• Competitive Compensation: $39.50/hr – $53/hr (based on experience).
  
• Sign-On Bonus & Full Benefits Package .
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy required .
  
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain one.
  
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, or Behavioral Health).
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver treatments to patients referred for therapy.
  
• Provide group and individual treatment for a variety of diagnoses and conditions.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
