Job Description

Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical impairments and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, massage, and manual therapy.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Stay informed about the latest physical therapy techniques and research.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
  • Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of which you are applying to.
  • Strong clinical skills in various settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
