About the Role
Holistic Psychiatry is seeking a certified Physician Assistant to join our growing inpatient psychiatric team. This full-time position involves daily rounding on inpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) patients Monday through Friday at a partner hospital in the Conroe / The Woodlands area.
You’ll work closely with our psychiatrists and multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care. This role offers professional growth opportunities in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inpatient and PHP rounds under physician supervision
- Perform psychiatric assessments, medication management, and progress documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and case management teams
- Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination
- Provide weekend coverage on a 1-in-4 rotation (in-person rounding)
Qualifications
- Current Texas Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification required
- Strong interest in psychiatry and behavioral health
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, inpatient and PHP rounding
- Weekend coverage: one weekend per four weeks (in-person rounding)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
