Per Diem Physician
Job Location : Seattle, WA 98101.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.
Schedule: 10/7, 10/8, 10/14 (8am-5:30pm).

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Seattle, WA . Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care (usually no more than 20 patients per day).
