Mozza2Go, located at the same address as Chi Spacca restaurant, is looking for an experienced pizza cook to join our team. Mozza2Go is Nancy Silverton's take-out only business, with a menu designed as an homage to her flagship Pizzeria Mozza, just around the corner form us. Responsibilities include ticket management, pizza/al forno cooking, station cleanliness, preparation of goods. We use a wood-fired oven for all of our pizzas, prior experience with this technology is a plus! Do you enjoy working with an imtimate crew, having fun, and making delicious pizza?
