**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute timely repairs
+ Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
+ Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability
+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment
+ Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
+ Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
+ Strong background in metal fabrication, cutting, torching, welding
+ Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
+ Experience with conveyor system repairs
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
