Plumbing Foreman Commercial/Industrial

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on complex construction projects. If you're a skilled plumber with strong leadership capabilities and a drive for high-quality results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate crews of plumbers, lead men, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and company standards
Maintain a safe work environment in line with OSHA and internal safety protocols
Review blueprints and plan work accordingly
Keep detailed, up-to-date records and as-built drawings
Collaborate with project managers on labor tracking, job costing, and progress updates
Manage material deliveries and ensure timely project completion
Conduct safety checks and 5x5 evaluations for all tasks
Prepare daily reports, TWLAs, and man-loaded schedules
Requirements:
5+ years of plumbing or pipefitting experience
Prior supervisory experience as a Foreman or similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques
Knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
