In this role, you will significantly contribute to the success of our partner by providing pre-sales technical support for photovoltaic industries. You will engage with customers to offer competitive solutions and assist in smooth project execution. Accountabilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and competitive product solutions to customers.
• Participate in project analysis and assist sales personnel in client communication.
• Regularly deliver technical training to sales teams, customers, and partners.
• Develop marketing materials and plan exhibitions, forums, and presentations.
• Participate in annual overseas exhibition layout and manage associated personnel and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in PV and energy storage inverter technical support.
• Familiarity with project management processes for end-to-end project execution.
• Fluent communication skills, strong written expression, and ability to create various documents.
• Strong observational skills, adaptability, enthusiasm for work, and cooperative team spirit.
• Proficient English skills; native speakers preferred.
