The Magnolia School is looking to hire a pre-school teacher to work in our preschool classrooms. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with our organization and who is passionate about children. As a teacher, you would be responsible for the daily education of students ages 3-5. Class sizes have up to 18 children in them with 1 or 2 teachers depending on the enrollment in each classroom. All children are potty trained; however, they may require help with the potty process. Duties include: supporting academic learning, providing a safe and fun environment, supporting social and emotional development, completing daily living tasks for students such as helping with lunch, toileting and resting. Successful applicants will work alongside our preschool team which includes three other teachers and a coordinator.
The Magnolia School is a private school serving students ages 3 through 8th grade. We want to foster a love of learning in our students and take an individualized and self-paced approach to learning. Our preschool offers a balance of social-emotional development, play and academics.
Hours are 8-4 M-F and we offer 7 weeks of paid school leave annually. Other benefits include: up to 10 days of PTO, health, dental, vision insurance, supplemental insurances and 401(k) options. Options for extra work in after care are available.
