Job Description

Our client, a large global organization is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to oversee vendor relationships and technology purchasing across software, hardware, and professional services. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, leading sourcing projects from initial evaluation through negotiation and contract execution. This position blends hands-on deal-making with long-term supplier strategy and cross-department collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for technology solutions including cloud services, software licensing, infrastructure, and consulting engagements.
• Build partnerships with internal technology and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with business goals and budgets.
• Conduct RFPs and market analyses to identify competitive solutions and negotiate commercial terms that balance cost, service quality, and risk.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and renewals to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop multi-year sourcing strategies, consolidate spend where possible, and introduce new suppliers or technologies that drive innovation.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to structure agreements and protect the organization’s interests.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience leading complex sourcing or vendor negotiations in technology (hardware, software, or IT services).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex approval processes in a large organization.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; global or enterprise-scale experience preferred.
