IGT Play Digital is looking for an experienced Producer / Game project manager to help us create new digital casino games for a global audience. You will lead production of industry-leading casino slot and table games. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by our teams.
You will work in a regulated industry, so attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and respect for rules are important. If you are energetic, passionate, and experienced, we would love to hear from you.📍 Location: Romania or Serbia
What You’ll Do
Act as the main contact and project leader for game development projects.
Work with game teams to create and document the vision, scope, and schedule of projects, with regular feedback points.
Work with stakeholders to clarify and finalize requirements.
Track and report on project progress and metrics.
Ensure good communication among team members on assigned projects.
Help remove project barriers and roadblocks.
Identify and communicate project risks and create backup plans.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.
About You
3+ years of experience managing the production or technical projects from start to finish.
Proven track record of delivering quality products on schedule.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management techniques, localization and internationalization best practices.
Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skill
Self-driven, proactive and independent, taking ownership for delivering great product within timeline.
