Job Description

• Be an ambassador for the industry leading lighting solutions to customers.
• Support sales staff with pre-sale support and help with presentations when needed.
• Work closely with industrial account reps to close large opportunities and support their product introduction needs.
• Assist in the development of a functional strategy for lighting.
• Assist the Lighting Program manager and Category Manager in forecasting and product transitions to minimize obsolescence while maximizing service levels and turns.
• Work closely with the Lighting Program Manager and Product Development Engineer on voice of customer and vetting co-creation and sales requests.
• Support Lighting Program Manager and Marketing with marketing tools to support sales and drive sales growth.
• Support Category Management to communicate product changes with customers and sales force.
• In conjunction with Lighting Program Manager Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop content and implement product specs, datasheets, website information, labels, installation manuals, and other documentation.
• Support the training department in sales and product training content.
• Continually analyze market data from industry sources to measure our competitive position and product success in the market and maintain a database of competitive products.
