Absolute Internship is a global provider of all-inclusive internship programs around the world including Shanghai designed for college students. We have currently six locations where we organize programs. The program is very successful and has been featured on several reputable news channels such as Business Review Europe and the BBC. Now we’re hiring and are looking for a Program Coordinator in Shanghai. The role as Program Coordinator is to plan, organize and execute the Shanghai Internship Program. Ideally we’re looking for a candidate who has completed his/her exchange or study abroad studies in Shanghai or who has completed an internship. The candidate must be extremely organized, outgoing and possess great communication skills. Start Date: NovemberDuration: 3-6 monthsMain Tasks:• Plan, execute and supervise program events and program logistics for participants attending the Shanghai Internship Program • Manage the Absolute Internship Summer Facebook Group, Emails and Texting• Lead event sign-ups, rsvps, and attendance tracking• Event planning, bookings and resident advising• Photographing the winter and video footage of the program• Be “on call” 24/7 in case of any and all emergencies
