Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Human Resource Assistant) to support project execution within a fast-paced HR department. This role targets professionals skilled in project management, analytical thinking, and advanced spreadsheet work.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and track project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
Monitor project progress and update timelines, documentation, and reports
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and data records
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project elements
Ensure all projects adhere to internal process controls and quality standards
Work extensively with spreadsheets (Excel), providing data analysis and reporting to support HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functions
Solid understanding of core HR processes and project management fundamentals
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Work Arrangement
Flexible: Role may be performed onsite at Boca Raton, FL, or remotely as needed
