About the Internship
We are offering paid internships where you'll gain real-world experience in Environmental and Structural Due Diligence for the commercial real estate industry. Various roles available. During your 10-12 weeks with us, interns will be paired with a dedicated mentor for guidance and hands-on experience, gaining skills that are valuable in the real estate industry and beyond.

• Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments
• Property Condition Assessments
• Energy and Sustainability
• Construction process consulting

About You:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute. If you have a strong attention to detail and an interest in real estate, data management, or related fields, we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in data entry, analysis, and real estate valuation.
