Role: React JS Developer
Location: Onsite - Irving, TX / Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced React JS Developer to build and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in micro-frontend architecture , Webpack Module Federation , and modern front-end development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop micro-frontend applications and integrate them with main app containers using Webpack Module Federation .
• Extend and maintain UI component libraries and front-end frameworks.
• Participate in requirement gathering , document reviews, test plan preparation, and production rollouts.
• Conduct quality improvement processes such as design walkthroughs, internal/external code reviews.
• Provide PRE/PROD technical support for releases.
• Guide offshore/onsite teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Track tasks/bugs to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Support integration testing teams to fix errors and deliver correct code for retesting.
• Coordinate with testing teams to obtain sign-off before production deployment.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and manage project status/issues using JIRA/TFS .

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Hands-on with Webpack Module Federation and micro-frontend architecture .
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design .
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies .

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
