CrestPoint Real Estate is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant. This is a rare opportunity to earn a guaranteed monthly income while also having the freedom to focus on building your own real estate business. This role is the perfect opportunity for both new and experienced agents. You’ll get hands-on mentorship, access to proven systems, leads, training, and competitive splits—all within a supportive team environment. Compensation - Base Salary + Upside Commission Earning Potential Responsibilities:

• Lead prospective buyers on property tours while representing a top-performing real estate team.
• Coordinate and manage well-organized showing schedules to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Gather and relay feedback from clients and agents following showings.
• Support the team and your personal business by assisting with open houses and property previews as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the team leader and agents to ensure smooth, successful transactions.
• Develop and nurture your own client relationships while contributing to the team's overall success.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Indiana real estate license.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to attend property showings as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building connections with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, client-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to support clients.
