Position Summary:

Join a team where the Receptionist greets and assists hospital visitors, answers the multi-line switchboard, documents incoming deliveries, processes incoming and outgoing mail and provides clerical support as requested. The Receptionist  may prepare deposits, prepares monthly statements for mailing, assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts.  This is a Part-time weekend positiion (24 hours/week) with benefits.  Hours are Saturday and Sunday 9a-9p.  

Education :  High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience:    Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
